Girl Scouts of Woodland Council

There are leadership opportunities for current Girl Scouts and non-Girl Scouts through Girl Scouts of Woodland Council. Wouldn't it be fun to work with younger Girl Scouts as they learn about the world around them? Woodland Council has a Pogram Aide program for teen girls to help with troop meetings, summer camp, weekend events, and more. Program Aides are well-trained on safety, planning, teaching techniques, and leadership qualities that will help with Program Aide assignments and other life experiences. Woodland also has a leadership program called All-Stars. These girls have an opportunity to make a real difference in Girl Scouting in Central Wisconsin. All-Stars start by deciding what teen programs and summer camp programs will be offered to Woodland girls. They also get involved by sitting on committees to run the events, writing articles for the council newsletter, and giving their opinions on council policies. To learn more about leadership opportunities through Girl Scouts of Woodland Council, call 715-423-6360 or 800-472-0073.
